- Lemon Balm – Is known for its ability to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease the pain and discomfort caused by indigestion.
- Rosemary – Contains antioxidant properties, antimicrobial properties, and is also used as an aid in stress relief.
- Blue Cornflower Petals – possesses strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-microbial properties, they are also used to assist in healing with a variety of eye problems, blue cornflower petals assist in soothing stomach ulcers and may speed up recovery in the healing of mouth ulcers as well as bleeding gums, they are also used in the treatment of urinary tract infections, detoxify the liver and warding off ailments such as cold and flu.
Directions
Drink 2-3 cups each day. Use one teaspoonful of tea with 1 cup of boiling water. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
