SHIPPING POLICY

My Choice Organic utilizes the services of Australia Post for shipping within Australia.   On occasion My Choice Organic will also use Courier services to ship purchased goods. 
 
When do we ship? 
Please note that your payment must have cleared prior to parcels being dispatched. Handling times of 1-3 days provide time for payments to clear and items to be packaged and posted out.
 
Where do we ship to?
 At present we only ship to addresses within Australia.
 
Our Rates to ship?
 Our Shipping rates may change without notice.  Our standard shipping rates will be priced from the Australia Post website.  Our Courier shipping rates are dependant on Couriers used and should we need to use a courier the price will be displayed in the products page.
Free Shipping?
On occasion free shipping will be applied, this option will be clearly advertised. How to track an order that’s been shipped?
 As a standard practice we do not use tracking.  But tracking can and will be used in certain circumstances and extra cost will apply in line with Australia Post prices. The tracking link will be emailed to you the purchaser if tracking is used.
 
In-store pick up option? We have
 no option for in-store pick up at this stage, Products will be sent via Australia Post or a selected Courier.
 
Recycling of packing materials?
At My choice organic we will always attempt to use recycleable materials in our packaging, however this is not always possible.
